1- Context and issues

The Agence Nationale de l'Habitat (ANAH) called on LINAGORA in 2021 to deploy the new version of the LinID Directory Manager product, in accordance with the needs expressed by the ANAH in the functional specifications drawn up during 2021.
Following the go-live, LINAGORA provided annual support for their in-house hosted solution Clavis, as well as for the MaPRimRénov (MPR) application for the French public.
The ANAH's main challenges are:

1) AN INNOVATIVE, COMMITTED AND PROFESSIONAL IMAGE FOR ANAH

  • The smooth operation of the internal Clavis platform facilitates the work of ANAH teams in ensuring
  • the services of external platforms such as MaPrimRenov.
  • the level of requirements must be the same on both internal and external platforms.

2) STATE-OF-THE-ART MARKET SECURITY

  • Security issues around identity management
  • ANAH needs to protect itself against vulnerabilities in anticipation of audits and for the smooth running of the service.
  • The system must always be up to date, secure and monitored.

3) BEING SECURE TO MANAGE YOUR OWN RGPD REQUIREMENTS

  • ANAH processes personal data and must prove to the supervisory authorities that it complies with RGPD requirements.
  • As the person responsible for hosting Clavis, LINAGORA is working with ANAH on RGPD issues.

The ANAH currently has two Support, Hosting and Steering contracts with LINAGORA (one for Clavis and one for MPR). 
It uses purchase orders to provide TA services on PRM.

    - Open-source software support with unlimited 5/8 tickets on Clavis, SSO hosting and management
    - Free software support with unlimited tickets 24/7 on MPR, SSO hosting and management
  • By purchase order
    - Consultancy on architecture development strategy
    - Technical assistance services
    - Expert services

LINAGORA has been asked to provide these services on the basis of order forms:

  • The architecture of Clavis and its integration into the IS
  • The switch from connecting to MPR via France Connect to France Connect +.
  • The evolution of OpenLDAP directories on MPR
