This Friday, our President Alexandre Zapolsky is flying to Vietnam, where LINAGORA has been working tirelessly for over 10 years.
Because open source knows no borders.
Because digital sovereignty must be collective, open and shared among all countries that refuse to choose between American domination and Chinese influence.
For a decade, we have built solid bridges with Vietnam, not only as a French company but as a convinced European player who believes that building a free digital ecosystem for ourselves also means doing it for the benefit of everyone. We would also like to thank Julien Guerrier, European Union Ambassador to Vietnam, for his constant commitment to a more ethical and open digital world.
This trip continues a lasting cooperation, already marked by Alexandre Zapolsky’s meeting with President Emmanuel Macron and his participation in the French Tech Summit Vietnam 2025, organized together with the French Embassy in Vietnam, Business France, the French‑Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce – CCIFV, and the French Foreign Trade Advisors.
But this journey also marks a new step:
The inauguration of our new offices in Hanoi, a symbol of a company that believes in its teams worldwide and values them without distinction of country or culture.
In recent years, LINAGORA has become a key player in Franco‑European‑Vietnamese cooperation. Just last week, our CTO Trung Nguyen participated in the Digital for Development (D4D) Hub Forum alongside European partners.
From October 27‑29, Alexandre Zapolsky will take part in the Vietnam International Digital Week (VIDW 2025) in Ninh Binh, during a ministerial round‑table on AI governance. The perfect occasion to discuss digital sovereignty and the future of an open Artificial Intelligence with him.
Together with the Vietnamese Ministry of Science and Technology, the European AI Office (EU Digital Tech) and international institutions, he will champion a simple conviction:
- The future of AI must be sovereign and solidaristic,
 - based on open and transparent technology,
 - and driven by a Europe proud to act with countries that share its values.

Because every line of open code, every international collaboration, every collective victory strengthens our sovereignty and that of all. tous.
