Artificial Intelligence Through the Lens of Its Controversies? We Are Joining the CNRS Seminar!
On May 11 we will take part in the scientific debate on critical AI at the seminar “Artificial Intelligence Through the Lens of Its Controversies.”
Our Chief Executive Officer and co‑founder, Michel‑Marie Maudet, will speak on a topic we know especially well: open AI, together with Gaël Varoquaux (Inria, :probabl.).
This discussion comes at a time when artificial intelligence is gradually taking hold in most digital environments, often without organisations truly mastering its mechanisms, dependencies or consequences. Behind the productivity gains and new use‑cases, the questions are becoming increasingly concrete:
- data governance
- technological dependency
- security
- system transparency
- real understanding of AI‑generated decisions
It is no longer enough to understand what artificial intelligence does; we must also examine what it produces in real‑world settings. At LINAGORA, we have been working for several years on these very issues, together with communities and public research, notably the CNRS. Moreover, we address them directly in our software:

That is precisely why we consider it essential to participate in these exchanges: the technological choices made today will have lasting impacts on our digital future!
