All the software team of Twake Workplace gathered at the headquarters of LINAGORA, a rare opportunity to bring everyone together around workshops, exchanges, and collective reflections.
The energy was palpable: ideas flying, discussions that bring people closer, and above all a dynamic that marks a true turning point for our projects.
We wanted to capture this moment on video and give the floor to our collaborators, as well as to Diana Potokina, Software Director.

It is with this vision that Diana Potokina, Vice‑President of Software Development, talks to us about the work accomplished over the past months.
In this interview, she returns to a key moment: the Barcamp, a week when LINAGORA’s tech leaders—from Hanoi to Tunis, via Toulouse—meet to solve technical challenges together and evolve our products.
And we are not afraid to say it: we are very ambitious for what comes next.
She highlights two major advances:
- the merger of Twake and Cozy Drive, now united on a single SaaS platform,
- and the upcoming launch of Twake B2B, an open‑source workspace designed for enterprises.
For Diana, it is above all the fruit of collective work: the work of passionate teams united by a common ambition—to make free software a lever for sustainable innovation, offering a genuine alternative to American solutions.
Our goal: to provide a platform accessible to all—intuitive for daily use, optimized for collaboration and project management, and capable of meeting the complex needs of businesses and administrations.
