Since the filming of this interview, Paul has been appointed Lead Tech AI at TwakeAI, with a central mission: to steer the integration of artificial‑intelligence services into the workplace (supported by a dedicated team, especially on performance challenges).
In this video, Paul discusses how his role has evolved, how he makes very different technical building blocks talk to each other, and what it actually means to embed AI into collaborative tools such as email, chat, or drive.
