A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended the 9th edition of Open Source Pro!
It was an intense evening, hard to sum up in a few words because it was so rich in exchanges, candid debates, and shared convictions.
We are proud to have gathered so many IT decision‑makers around one crucial topic:
Regaining control of our digital environment with open‑source, ethical, and sovereign solutions.
The discussions were frank, at times heated, but always sincere. They highlighted the difficulties, the obstacles, the battles already fought, and, most importantly, the hope that we are not alone in carrying this cause.
Yes, open source is a fight, a fight strewn with pitfalls, facing colossal American giants. Yet last night we saw that many share this determination: to imagine a free, sustainable, open digital future for everyone, not controlled by a handful of actors.
For this edition we wanted to showcase:
- The real feasibility of moving away from Microsoft 365, backed by field experiences;
- The concrete obstacles and successes that have already been achieved;
- And, above all, the importance of having a space where CIOs can share their current and future challenges.
Thank you to the speakers who enriched these debates with their experience and vision:
Emmanuel Sardet, President of Cigref
Audran Le Baron, Ministère de l'Éducation nationale
Alain Issarni, CEO of SCIAM
Simon Uzenat, Senator for Morbihan
Philippe Latombe, Deputy of Vendée’s 1st constituency
Arno Pons, General Delegate Digital New Deal Foundation
Alexandre Zapolsky, Président of LINAGORA
Michel-Marie MAUDET, CEO of LINAGORA
The Open Source Pro CIO Club is not just an event; it is an engaged community that believes another digital world is possible: sovereign, collaborative, and serving everyone.
And this is only the beginning.
