A look back at the TV set: "Pari ETI"

A look back at our TV appearance last night and this very fine BFM set - 26 minutes of "Pari ETI".

Our Chairman Alexandre Zapolsky was introduced by Patrice Bégay as someone who has always advocated French entrepreneurship, France and his own personal values as an entrepreneur based on simplicity, proximity, determination and optimism.

This was obviously an opportunity to go back over a few key messages:

1️- The full power of Free Software and its communities worldwide

" It's like sharing our manufacturing recipes with the world. This enables us to get help from the world's Free Software communities, and in particular to be :
-> More innovative;
-> Faster ;
-> Above all, it reduces our 'go to market' and our sales cycle! "

 2️- Just one figure: 1/3 of LINAGORA's engineering workforce is dedicated to research and development, and we are about to sign a strategic R&D agreement with the CNRS.

It's just fantastic, because you have to realise that there are only 23 strategic agreements of this type with the CNRS, and of course almost all of them are with major CAC 40 companies. This is a source of great pride for the entire LINAGORA Group.

3️- Yes, of course, the war for talent is a reality in our Tech businesses.

We've tackled the issue head-on by putting in place a strategic agreement with 5 grandes écoles, including École Polytechnique and Télécom Paris. In 2023, for example, we were delighted to receive 65 applications from 2A and 3A Polytechnique students for internships, which is fantastic on a yearly basis! When you do this specific work with the schools, you end up with a high-quality pool of candidates!

Once again, a big THANK YOU to Patrice and his teams and to our colleagues on set Paolo Benassi, Emmanuelle Ertel and Alexandre Bellity.
