Needless to say, the presence of the Canal+ 's cameras was a real eye-opener for our fellow exhibitors, creating a healthy buzz of energy on the LINAGORA stand!

I was delighted to accept this proposal from Albert Batihe's production team for Job programme on C8. The concept is just brilliant: through a series of portraits of potential talents on one side and company owners on the other, associated to Albert's own coaching, the idea is to achieve a perfect match making !

Albert is also a committed entrepreneur with some great humanist values, always seeking to have a positive impact for as many people as possible.

Of course, it was also a good opportunity to pitch about LINAGORA's DNA, the objectives of the Group in terms of recruitment and especially about my own expectations when I meet with candidates addressing here a couple of recommendations to them.

Alexandre Zapolsky: In 2023, we are opening up 100 new recruitments, 90 positions, for developers, system administrators, cloud experts, and a certain number of other positions in Communication.

I don't think there are any ideal candidates, but rather candidates who are highly motivated to do the job for which they are applying. I am talking here about soft skills and inter personal human qualities, and that's what will make the difference between one candidate to another.
