Michel-Marie MAUDET will be in Lyon for the EDF Research Meetings.
After New York, Paris and Clermont-Ferrand, we are heading to Lyon to continue our commitment to sovereign, sustainable and ethical digital technology. Michel-Marie MAUDET will be in Lyon for the EDF Research Meetings.
On 20 June, our CEO will speak at the EDF Group's Research Meetings, a strategic event co-organised by EDFLab R&D and EDF Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, dedicated to the key role of data centres in the digital and energy transition.
He will speak alongside key figures from industry, academia and institutions, at the invitation of Fabrice PANNEKOUCKE, President of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region, who opened the day's proceedings.
Behind the issue of data centres lies a whole range of questions that need to be addressed:
How can we transform them into pillars of responsible digital technology, capable of absorbing the growing needs of Artificial Intelligence, while strengthening our territories and our energy independence?
In a context of accelerating technological change, these challenges are no longer purely technical: they shape the contours of our sovereignty, our energy transition, and our collective ability to build a resilient future.
