When open-source brings France and Vietnam together: Alexandre Zapolsky’s state dinner

Last Thursday, our President Alexandre Zapolsky represented LINAGORA at the State dinner hosted at the Élysée Palace on the occasion of the visit of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Tô Lâm.

Beyond the honour and the protocol, this invitation resonates especially for us. It marks more than a decade of commitment in Vietnam, where LINAGORA has built, over the years, a research‑and‑development team in Hanoi that today contributes to the development of technologies such as linto.ai, twake.ai and open-rag.ai

But it also opens a new stage, because behind this Franco‑Vietnamese story lies a conviction: open source can allow us to build together without giving up our sovereignty.

As artificial intelligence opens a new chapter of scientific and technological cooperation between our two countries, we want to continue constructing this “third digital path” with our Vietnamese partners! LINAGORA VIETNAM

We elaborate on this story in detail in our new article.
