During the 9ᵗʰ edition of Open Source Pro, the Club DSI by LINAGORA, we had the honour of hosting Philippe Latombe, deputy of Vendée, for an inspiring Fireside Chat alongside Alexandre Zapolsky, President of LINAGORA.
In this video excerpt, he returns to a simple yet essential message:
- open source is not just a technological alternative, it is a model of cooperation.

“Working together, to improve products, to jointly respond to calls for tenders” in order to “create solutions that work and that can also bring economic and geopolitical stability to the companies and organisations that use them.”
A call for unity and action, at a time when France and Europe must rethink their digital autonomy not as solitary actors, but as a network.
This is also what our President Alexandre Zapolsky reiterates:
“It is absolutely essential that Europe builds its own digital path and that, together, we try to create this third digital way.”
Thank you to Philippe Latombe for his presence, his commitment and his clear‑sighted vision: digital sovereignty will pass through the collective.
