LINAGORA and Docaposte have been awarded the ‘Sovereign Collaborative Environment’ framework agreement following more than ten months of competitive dialogue
After 10 months of competitive dialogue, CANUT has selected the LINAGORA × Docaposte consortium and the Twake.ai platform for its “Sovereign Collaborative Environment” (ECS) framework agreement!
In practical terms, public-sector organizations, including local and regional authorities, social housing providers, and all other eligible institutions, can now access a sovereign, open-source alternative to the collaborative suites offered by major US tech companies through a simplified procurement framework.
This decision is made possible by a strong partnership: Twake.ai, a comprehensive digital workplace developed in France, from auditable code to open-source AI, combined with Docaposte’s expertise in deployment and support. Docaposte is the digital subsidiary of La Poste Group. The platform is interoperable with the French government’s digital tools and supports integration with business-specific applications across sectors ranging from healthcare to education.
And this is only the beginning: the Occitanie / Pyrénées-Méditerranée Regional Council is poised to become the first major showcase, with a project spanning both regional administration and secondary schools. Because tomorrow’s digital sovereignty is being shaped in today’s classrooms.
“This selection is an honour, but it also comes with a responsibility. Our task now is to ensure successful migrations and make digital sovereignty genuinely useful every day, for public-sector employees and citizens alike.” - Alexandre Zapolsky
One more step towards digital autonomy for the public sector!
