Goal: A tidy inbox!
The new school year is coming, and with it the familiar question: what state will my inbox be in after a few days away?
Dozens, sometimes hundreds, of messages to sort… It’s enough to make anyone want to postpone dealing with it a little longer. The good news is that there are a few solutions to avoid that mess!
Here are our tips for Twake Mail :
- Create Rules
The first rule is literally to create rules. In Settings > Message Rules you can decide what should happen to your emails: those sent to a specific address, those where you’re CC’d, those that contain certain words in the subject line…
You can then have them automatically moved to a folder, marked as spam, or added to your favorites. Result: even while you’re on vacation, your inbox organizes itself. - Organize Your Folders
Think of your inbox like a wardrobe. One space for T‑shirts, another for pants, another for shirts… and maybe a drawer for short socks and another for long ones?
Do the same with your emails: create a folder for each category and add sub‑folders when it becomes useful. - Utiliser les labels
Even with well‑structured rules and folders, some emails won’t fit into any box. Labels let you differentiate those messages easily and find them at a glance.
A well‑organized inbox really changes the vibe of the new school year.
