In Berlin, a French voice for free and sovereign digital technology

Today, our President Alexandre Zapolsky is far from our French offices:
He is representing LINAGORA at the European Digital Sovereignty Summit, in the heart of the German capital. It is an appointment we could not miss.

This summit marks a pivotal moment: a firm commitment to open another path, that of a free, collaborative and deeply European digital landscape.

France and Germany are among the nations that have built genuine technological strengths. And it is vital: we can no longer afford to rely massively on the United States for our strategic infrastructures. The numbers prove it, the crises too. Our autonomy remains fragile.

Today, we know the skills are there, researchers, companies, engineers, institutions. What we are still missing, far too often, is a clear collective will and a bold, assumed political courage.

It is not merely a symbolic meeting. It is a high‑level event where decisions shape Europe’s future.

Some figures that speak for themselves:

  • 800 participants expected
  • including 250 for the French delegation
  • 50 leading institutional representatives
  • 150 to 200 business leaders

An invitation‑only event.
Seats are scarce. The stakes, immense.

We are proud and honored that LINAGORA has been invited to make the Third Digital Way heard: that of an open, ethical, sovereign digital ecosystem.

Our conviction remains unchanged: Europe can offer a credible alternative to American and Chinese models. Europe can build sustainable Digital Commons. And a strong political alliance can turn ambition into reality.

Today, in Berlin, we proclaim this conviction loudly and clearly. And we have never been more determined.
